The ingredient is based on the dried, non-roasted whole fruit of the coffee plant.They are harvested and processed using a patent-pending technology to preserve the highlyperishable fruit. Among the ingredient forms are CoffeeBerry “powdered” granules, CoffeeBerry Forte™ extract with 50-percent polyphenols, CoffeeBerry soluble solids liquid concentrate and CoffeeBerry flavor distillate.
