PLAINFIELD, N.J.ACG North America LLC, the U.S. subsidiary of ACG Worldwide, offers pharmaceutical, over-the-counter (OTC) and dietary supplement companies a full range of capsules, blister packing films, and machinescapsule fillers, tablet presses and tooling, blister packing and cartoning. For the past decade, its capsules were marketed under the Universal Capsules brand and its machines under the PAM USA brand, but now the full range of products are now sold under the ACG North America brand.
ACG North America can respond to all segments of capsule users. In addition to the support the subsidiary receives from the companys Indian operations, the company maintains five climate-controlled warehouses to maintain and store capsules, and stores more than 3,000 machine spare parts at its warehouse in New Jersey. ACG North Americas U.S. offices are located in New Jersey, Indiana, South Carolina and Utah; its Canadian office is in Montreal; and its Mexican offices are located in Mexico City and Guadalajara. ACG has warehouses in California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Utah, Montreal, Vancouver and Mexico City.
Its empty hard capsules products include:
Ezeefit capsules: Hard-gelatin capsules available in 11 sizes from 000 to 5. They are available in a range colors and will support many types of printing. Ezeefit capsules enables fast encapsulation on high speed machines.
Naturecaps: Versatile HPMC capsules available in a wide range of sizes. They are naturally transparent and are available in a wide range of colors. They are manufactured using an inert cellulose and are ideal for moisture sensitive formulations because of their low-moisture content.
Flofit: These capsules offer enhanced bioavailability and improved stability for liquid filling. They are available in a variety of colors and sizes.
Clinicaps: These two-piece gelatin capsules are specifically designed to help companies carry out double blind studies during clinical trials by masking the placebo in a suitable form.
Brandshield 4C: Capsules using this printing effect feature a circular oriented, four-color printing technology pioneered by ACG. This printing technique helps companies retain brand identity.
Pearlz Capsules: Capsules with a shiny pearl finish.
Marine capsules: These capsules are manufactured from kosher-certified fish gelatin. They have a low vapor transmission rate, low-oxygen permeability, and excellent clarity.
