FORT LAUDERDALEDiabetes management company Nipro Diagnostics, Inc. acquired New Hampshire-based dietary supplement and over-the-counter (OTC) manufacturer P.J. Noyes Co.

P.J. Noyes offers 150 years of experience in the natural products industry; as a contract manufacturer, the company produces tablets, gels and liquids for the dietary supplement industry. The acquisition will provide vertical integration for Nipro Diagnostics, which specializes in the manufacturing of blood glucose monitors, strips and accessories. Headquartered in Osaka, Japan, Nipro expects the expansion will help the company become a comprehensive, total diabetes healthcare supplier.
