PHOENIX--Two principals in Marlyn Nutraceuticals/NaturallyVitamins formed a new company, Bio-Aging Inc., to focus on preventive modalitiesfor managing chronic disease conditions. Joe Lehman, president and chiefexecutive officer of Marlyn, will serve as the president of Bio-Aging, which heformed with Aftab Ahmed, Marlyn's director of research and development andbusiness development.

According to Lehman, the company has a range of core competencies, includingproduct development and an expanding intellectual property portfolio. Bio-Agingis located in Marlyn's 80,000-square-foot facility.
