QAI Grants Organic Certification to UNFI
SAN DIEGO--Quality Assurance International (QAI) announced thatUnited Natural Foods Inc. (UNFI) has earned QAI organic certification, making itthe first organic food distribution network in the United States to gaincertification coast-to-coast. The certification comprises all of UNFI'sdistribution centers, including those of its Albert's Organics and HersheyImport divisions, according to QAI (www.qai-inc.com).
