BALTIMORE--Star-K announced the Canadian OrganicSprout Company (COSC) is the newest functional food company to bear the Star-Ksymbol of kosher certification.

COSC is dedicated to providing innovative, healthy, wholesomeproducts to the functional food market, according to Star-K (www.star-k.org).In addition to alfalfa, broccoli, fenugreek and red clover sprouts, COSCproduces several varieties of flax powders.
