SANTA ROSA, Calif.--Dusan Miljkovic, Ph.D., will present a two-part seminar on new nutraceutical ingredients. Nutrim is an oat-based soluble beta-glucan hydrocolloid product that was created by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Nutrim imparts increased moisture, smooth texture and cohesiveness to foods. FruitX-B is being reviewed in clinical trials for its impact on osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
