Buckton Scott, Guanghan Zhenghua Biochem Form Joint Venture

FAIRFIELD, N.J.--The Buckton Scott Group(www.buckton.com) formed a joint venture with Guanghan Zhenghua Biochem Factory to produce chondroitin sulfate. The new company, Buckton Scott Group Zhenghua Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., is the second joint venture for the Buckton Scott Group for manufacturing chondroitin sulfate. The first is Buckton Scott Group Gongan Lijing Biochem Factory.

In addition to its investments in chondroitin sulfate products, Buckton Scott formed a joint venture company known as Buckton Scott Group Aoxing Chitin Co. Ltd. with a capacity of 800 metric tons per year for sulfate and HCL product forms. Buckton Scott has traded with China for more than 30 years, and noted that its worldwide sales offices have direct interaction with its Wuhan, China, office and the factories in China.
